Educational Degrees and Certificate Attestation for from UAE Embassy is the act of witnessing a degree or any certificate by authorized person with their official seals and signature on the back side of documents. The attestation by HRD also confirms that, the degree and certificate issued by the university is authentic.

 Note. HRD Attestation is mandatory for all Educational Documents for UAE  Embassy Attestation.

If any AGENT says that HRD attestation is not mandatory for UAE Embassy  Attestation on Educational Documents, then they are just be-fooling you and would spoil your original certificate for entire life. They must be misguiding you and doing it for their own short term monitory profits.
