PROCEDURE OF CERTIFICATE ATTESTATION FOR KUWAIT:
There are 3 types of Indian documents Educational, Non- Educational and Commercial that can be attested from Kuwait Embassy in India. Before the final certificate attestation the document has to go through some compulsory attestation from various authorized authorities in India. The detailed attestation procedure is as follows-
Educational Certificate Attestation from Kuwait Embassy in India
Procedure
01
1. Firstly, the document will be attested by the State Level Attestation Department(HRD).
2. Ministry of External Affairs will attest the documents
3. Finally, Certificate attestation will be done from Kuwait Embassy in New
Delhi.
Procedure
02
1. Firstly, the document will be attested from the Home Department, Mumbai
(Mumbai Mantralaya).
2. Ministry of External Affairs will attest the documents.
3. And Finally Certificate attestation will be done from Kuwait
Embassy in New Delhi.

Non- Educational Certificate/Document Attestation from Kuwait Embassy in India
Procedure
1. Firstly, the document will be attested by State Home Department of respective state.
2. Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) will attest the documents
3. Finally, Certificate attestation will be done from Kuwait Embassy in New Delhi.

Procedure 01
1. Firstly, the
Commercial Document will be attested from the Chamber of Commerce (COC).
2. Secondly, the Commercial Document will be attested from Ministry
of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi.
3. Finally, the Commercial Document will be attested from Kuwait
Embassy or Kuwait Consulate in India.

Note: It is not mandatory to attest the Commercial Document from the Chambers of
