TOURIST VISA
· The Applicant should have a passport with
validity for 6 months,(from the date of application for the visa)
· 2 recent colored passport size photograph with
red background
· A covering letter from the applicant.
· A leave letter from the company
· Original birth certificate( below 18 years )
· Bank statements for last 3 months
· Hotel confirmation from Indonesia
· Visa is valid for 90 days with a maximum stay
of 60 days

BUSINESS VISA
- The Applicant should have a passport with
validity for 6 months (from the date of application for the visa)
- 2 recent passport size colored photograph with red
background
- An introductory letter from the company in
India, indicating purpose of visit, organization to be visited and duration of
stay
- Original letter of Invitation from the
concerned Company in Indonesia, confirming that they will bear the expenses
while the passenger is in Indonesia, and this should be faxed direcly to the
Embassy
- Original birth certificate( below 18 years )
- Confirmed return air ticket and hotel
confirmation
- Bank statements for last 3 months
