Business/Visitor/Employee Visa
TOURIST VISA
· The Application should have a passport with
validity for 6 months,(from the date of application for the visa). A photocopy
of the passport must also be provided
· 1 visa application form duly signed by the Applicant
· 2 recent colored passport size photograph with
white background
· Confirmed return air ticket and hotel
confirmation
· A covering letter from the Applicant
· Original birth certificate( below 18 years )
· Bank statements for last 3 months
· Hotel confirmation from Indonesia
· Visa is valid for maxmimum 90 days and allows ,
non –extendable and allows minimum of 30 days

BUSINESS VISA
- The Application should have a passport with
validity for 6 months (from the date of application for the visa). A photocopy
of the passport must also be provided.
- 1 visa application form duly signed by the
Applicant
- 2 recent passport size colored photograph with white
background
- A covering letter from the company in India,
indicating purpose of visit, organization to be visited and duration of stay
- Original letter of Invitation from the
concerned Company in Myanmar
- Confirmed return air ticket and hotel
confirmation
- Bank statements for last 3 months
- Visa issued valid for 90 days with maximum stay
10 weeks
