Application for Cyprus
Business/Visitor/Employment Visa
TOURIST VISA
Documents Required
· The Applicant should have an original passport with
copy of main page, valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiration of
the visa applied for
· 1 visa application form duly filled and signed
by the applicant
· 2 recent colored passport size photograph with
white background and signature on the back
· A covering letter from the Applicant stating
the applicant’s personal, designation , passport details, purpose and duration
of stay. The letter should be addressed to “High Commission of the Republic of
Cyprus”, New Delhi
· An official letter addressed to Cyprus
Consulate with proof of applicant’s wages/ salary. If self employed letter issued
from the Solicitor , the Accountant or the bank manager
· If visit to family and friends, a letter of
invitation , including complete address, phone number and occupation in Cyprus,
must be submitted
· Proof of Sufficient funds must be enclosed
· Confirmed return air ticket and hotel
confirmation by the hotel manager.
· Original Bank statements for last 3 months should
be signed and sealed by bank
· Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years
· Police Clearance Certificate

BUSINESS VISA
Documents Required
- The Applicant should have an original passport along
with copy of main page, valid for at least 3 months after the date of
expiration of the visa applied for
- 1 visa application form duly filled and signed
- 2 recent passport size colored photograph with white
background and signature on the back
- A Covering letter from the company on his
letter head stating the applicant’s all details , passport no, purpose and
duration of stay and duly signed by the authorized signatory. And it should be
addressed to “ High Commission of the Republic of Cyprus” , New Delhi
- An official letter of invitation from the
business partner in Cyprus.
- Confirmed return air ticket and hotel
confirmation by the Hotel manager.
- Proof of Sufficient funds must be enclosed
- An original bank statement for the last 3
months should be signed and sealed by the issuing authority.
- Tax declaration for the last 3 years
- Police Clearance Certificate
EMPLOYMENT VISA
Documents Required
- The Applicant should have an original passport along
with copy of main page, valid for at least 3 months after the date of
expiration of the visa applied for
- A work contract, stamped by the department of
Labour of the ministry of Labour and Social Insurance
- Proof of Sufficient funds must be enclosed
- An original bank statement for the last 3
months should be signed and sealed by the competent issuing authority
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Medical Certificate
