For Mauritius Visa you should have following documents required- 

Clearly signed and completed visa application Form;

Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of departure to Mauritius and all the                 formalities regarding the passport meticulously completed.

1 latest passport sized colored photograph mentioned in the form which should be 35mm in width         and 44 mm in length and it should be totaly clear. 

Confirmed hotel reservation, return tickets or a sponsor ship letter 
There is no Mauritius Visa Fees. As soon as you arrive at the International Airport, you need to submit your passport to the along with the return ticket if any and the consulate will put their seal on it. The Indian nationals are eligible for a visa for a stay of not more than 60 days if all documents are complete:
