Application for Switzerland
Business/Visitor/Employment Visa
TOURIST VISA
Documents Required
- Original, signed Passport with validity of atleast 3 months.
Validity for more than 10 years will not be accepted as min travel document
- Original, signed Application Form Filled With Signature
- Copy of valid visas (if
any)
- Clearly photocopy of first
and last page of th passport
- 2 recent passport size color photographs with White background
- A covering letter on a business letterhead from the employer/
company starting your position and length of your service and mentioning the
dates and the purpose of the trip
- Return confirmed Air ticket
- Evidence of sufficient financial means and proof of accommodation
like hotel confirmation , booking of the entire stayand receipt of package.
- Visa for U.S.A and UK obtained first in case the applicant visits
before Switzerland
- Income Tax Returns for last 2 years
- Last 3 months personal and company’s bank statements should have
the bank seal
- For children under 18 travelling alone, should required an
authorization letter signed by both parents with their passports or a notarised
affidavit signed by both parents
- A copy of identity card and no objection certificate from the
school, institute.
Appart from all these,
For
Visitors: Apart
from the above documents , an Invitation Letter by the Host in Switzerland
mentioningthename of the Applicant the duration of their stay and gurantee of
expense, should be provided.
For
Family: A
guarantee form , issued by the Embassy should be sent to the Sponsor in
Swizerland and approaches to Cantonal Police for Foreigners for the Visa.
For Events: An
Invitation letter from the Host in Switzerland mentioning the Name of the
Applicant, the durationof stay and guaranteeing to bear the expenses is
required. On copy is to be attached with the application and another should be
direcly sent to the Embassy.
For
Honeymoon Couples: The original Marriage
Certificate issued by the Registrar of Marriage of the concerned State and
legalized by comptent State Home Minister and Minister of External affairs. The
Weeding Invitation card with 5 marrige photographs with couple and family are
also to be submitted along with the Visa application.
Note:
Embassy may asked for additional
documentsor personal presence when the documents are submitted.

BUSINESS VISA
Documents Required
- A valid passport and business visa are required for
travel to Switzerland.
- Original, signed Passport and one
photo copy of passport ,valid for at least 3 months
- Photocopy of first and last page
of the passport
- Original, signed Application Form
Filled With Signature
- 2 recent color photographs with White
background
- For all business visas
original Invitation letter from the oraganisation on its business
letterhead has to be sent direcly to the Embassy.
- Covering letter from Indian company letter head.
- A copy of the confirmed return air ticket and Hotel confirmation
- Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years and bank statements for
the last 3 months
Time
Period: 07-10 working Days.
Fees & Charges : The
total charges/fees/rates/cost for completion of Thailand could differ from the type of Certificate or
Documents as we’ll as the state of origin in India.
EMPLOYMENT VISA
Documents
Required
- A valid passport and visa are required
- Original, signed passport valid for at least 3 months from the date of entry to Switzerland
- Original, signed Application Form Filled With Signature
- 2 recent color photographs with White background
- Employment contract with an employee in the Switzerland.
- A letter of intent outlining the applicant’s purpose of travel to Switzerland, the length of intended stay.
- Salary slip, salary bank a/c statements of last 3 months and Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years
