Business/Visitor/Employment Visa
TOURIST VISA
Documents Required
- Original, signed Passport with validity of atleast 6 months prior
to travel. There must be one completely blank page other than the last page
- Original and signed Application
for a Temporary Resident Visa made Outside of Canada. Each applicant must be 18
or over.
- Applicant which has no
given name or surname in the passport, request to please enter the name
mentioned in the passport at family name filled in the application form.
- Family Information from
- 2 recent passport size color photographs with White background. On
the back of one photo in each set , write the name and date of birth.
- A covering letter on a business letterhead from the employer/
company starting your position and length of your service and mentioning the
dates and the purpose of the trip
- Return confirmed Air ticket
- Evidence of sufficient financial means and proof of accommodation
like hotel confirmation , booking of the entire stayand receipt of package.
- For children under 18 travelling alone, should required an
authorization letter signed by both parents with their passports or a notarised
affidavit signed by both parents

BUSINESS VISA
Documents Required
- The Applicants valid passport and a
for each accompanying family member.
- The Passport must be validity of atleast 6 months pror to travel
- Applicant
which has no given name or surname in the passport, request to please
enter the name mentioned in the passport at family name filled in the
application form.
- 2 recent passport size color photographs with White background
must be affixed to the application form
- For all business visas
original Invitation letter from the oraganisation on its business
letterhead has to be sent direcly to the Embassy.
- A covering letter from the Individual or Business House deatailing
the purpose of visit
- For
children under 18 travelling alone, should required an authorization
letter signed by both parents with their passports or a notarised
affidavit signed by both parents
- A copy of the confirmed return air ticket
