Application for Finland
Business/Visitor/Employment Visa
Note: As per the new rule
of the Embassy, applicant must be present , even if the Applicant has travelled
or is holding valid visa for USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
TOURIST VISA
Documents Required
- Must
have a passport and one photocopy with validity at least 6 months beyond the visa
expiry date. Passports valid for more than 10 years will not be accepted. It is
mandatory to have two blank pages opposite to each other.
- One original and signed visa form
- 2 recent color passport size
color photographs with white background
- A covering letter from the
company explain the visit purpose
- Flight reservation i.e. not paid
, and paid tickets are needed when the visa is granted
- If visiting friends/relatives,
the original sponsorship/invitation letter explaining the relationship of the
person
- Passport and ID copies from the
Sponsor/Inviter in Finland
- Certificate of employment in
original from the current Employer
- Hotel booking and Return confirmed
Air ticket
- Proof of sufficient funds in form
of foreign exchange
- Bank statement for the last 6
months
- Income Tax Returns for the last 3
year
BUSINESS VISA
Documents Required
- Must have

original free-form invitation letter from a business partner or an organization
and a copy of it
- Flight reservation i.e. not paid

- A letter from the Applicant
explaining the purpose of visit
- Bank
balance statement for last 6 months
- Income
Tax Returns for last 3 years
- Hotel
confirmation
- Proof of
sufficient funds in form of foreign exchange
