Documents Required
- Must
have a passport with validity at least 6 months beyond the period of intended date
of entry and have two blank pages left for the visa stamp
- One photocopy and signed visa
form
- 2 recent passport size
color photographs with white background
- Proof
of employment with Brief Company Profile
- Authority
letter on the letterhead of the company from the Applicant in favour of Travel
Agent to submit and collect the Passport
- Hotel booking and Return confirmed
Air ticket
- Original Bank statement for last
6 months with contact no. and also contact person of the bank printd
- Copy of credit card
- Income Tax Returns for the last 3
years
- If you are self employed or a
student, a letter explaining the reasons for the visit to Argentina as well as
concise program of the planned trip
BUSINESS VISA
Documents Required
- Must have
a passport and 1 photocopy valid for at least 6 months beyond the period of
intended date of entry and have two blank pages for visa stamp
- One signed visa form of both sides
- 1 recent colored photographs with white
background
- A
covering letter should be notarized from notary in India with apostle seal from
the MEA
- A
comfirmation letter from Chamber of Commerce or any Local Industry Institution
, attesting the membership of the Company.The Chamber of Commerce shold
benotarize and translated in Spanish.
- A letter of invitation from the
concerned business associate in argentina, dully attested by a Renure
- Authority letter from applicant
for submission and collection
- Personal
Income Tax Returns for last 6 months
- Company Income
Tax Returns for last 3 years and bank- statement for last 6 months
- Confirmed
returned air ticket and Hotel confirmation
- A brief
profile of the corporation/company/business.
- Confirmation
of the purpose and duration of the visit, full names, address and telephoneno. Of
all businesses and the contact persons of Argentina
- Authority
letter on the letter head of the company from the Applicant in favour of travel
Agent to submit and collect the passport
- Copy of
credit card(International)
Employment Visa

from the Sponsoring company
- An authorization from the
Immigration Department, in Argentina
- Police good conduct
certificate and issued and good conduct
certificate issued by local police
- Birth
certificate/Affidavit duly Apostle by the Ministry of External Affairs
- If the applicant is
married , Marriag Certificate duly attested by the Ministry of External Affairs
of the country of origin and a letter from the Embassy of Argentina
