TOURIST VISA
- Original passport with validity for 6 months,(from
the date of return)
- 2 Visa application form dully completed and
signed by the applicant
- 2 recent colored passport size photograph with
white background
- A typed
cover letter stating purpose of trip on company’s letter head
- Ticket Itinerary
- Hotel reservation and Confirmed return air
ticket

BUSINESS VISA
- Original passport with validity of 6 months (from
the date of return)
- 2 copies of the visa application form dully
filled and signed
- Photocopy of first and last page of the
passport
- 2 recent passport size colored photograph with white
background
- A typed cover letter stating the purpose of
trip on Company’s letter head
- Original letter of Invitation from the
concerned Company in Bamgladesh
- Proof of being a Businessman/ his
representative
- A recommendation letter
from the Indian Chamber of Commerce

Period: 02 – 03 Working Days
EMPLOYEE VISA
- Original passport with validity of 6 months
- Photocopy of the firt and last page of the
passport
- 3 visa forms dully filled and signed by the
applicant
- 2 recent passport size colored photograph with white
background
- Employment contract letter from Bangladesh
- Copy of work permit
- An original covering letter from the
Applicant/Company
- A copy of agreement between both the parties
- Appointment letter stating terms and conditions
of employment.
- Letter from ministry /NGO Affairs Bureau
stating that applicant has been appointed in accordance with existing rules and
regulation
- Educational Certificates
- The Bangladesh sponsor also apply for Work Permit
in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangladesh
